Children are in many ways much more fragile than adults, teacher needs to help them when they are learning. The teacher must be patient with their students and make children to speak as much as possible in that way children will feel more comfortable, and at the same time, it will create a good relation between teacher and children. A teacher must not do is treat adults like little kids because they don’t act and they are not children. Adults can feel silly if a teacher does that. Dealing with teens it may be hard because they are a mix of children and adults; they are in middle, but the thing is to apply the best method for them.
